When are orders fulfilled?

We produce every order in-house, Monday through Friday during business hours, 9AM-5PM Central. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

How long does it take? (Turnaround)

Standard production turnaround is 1–2 business days. That’s production time only — it doesn’t include shipping transit. In a hurry? See our rush options below.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes — just choose your production speed at checkout:

  • Next-day (+50%) — produced and ready the next business day.
  • Same-day (+100%) — produced the same business day, available when you order before 12 PM Central, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Standard production (1–2 business days) is always free. Rush surcharges are a percentage of your print subtotal.

What paper do you print on?

All prints are produced on premium photographic paper. Choose the finish that suits your image:

Glossy photo paper sample

Glossy

Our most vibrant option — Glossy Photo Paper really makes your colors pop, as long as you don’t mind a little reflection!

Luster photo paper sample

Luster

Luster has a hint of a sheen, but isn’t as shiny as Glossy. Your colors stay true to life without the reflectiveness Glossy can have.

Matte photo paper sample

Matte

A smooth, matte paper with a neutral white tone that beautifully showcases vibrant colors and crisp detail.

Textured Fine Art Matte paper sample

Textured Fine Art Matte

A premium 100% cotton-rag fine-art paper favored for its rich blacks, wide color gamut, and velvet-like textured matte finish. Free of optical brightening agents (OBAs) for a warmer, authentic tone, and acid-free / pH-buffered for archival, gallery-quality prints.

Prefer canvas? We also offer 1.5″ gallery wraps and loose (unstretched) matte canvas.

What resolution (DPI) do my files need to be?

For crisp, sharp prints we recommend files that land around 240 DPI (dots per inch) at the size you’re ordering. DPI isn’t a fixed property of your file — it’s simply your image’s pixel dimensions spread across the physical print size:

DPI = pixel width ÷ print width (in inches)

So the bigger you print a given file, the lower its effective DPI. A 2400 × 3000 px file makes a beautiful 10″ × 12.5″ print at 240 DPI, but stretch that same file to 20″ × 25″ and you’re down to 120 DPI, where softness and pixelation start to show.

To find the pixels you need for a target size, just multiply the print dimensions by 240:

Print sizePixels for 240 DPI
4″ × 6″960 × 1440 px
5″ × 7″1200 × 1680 px
8″ × 10″1920 × 2400 px
11″ × 14″2640 × 3360 px
16″ × 20″3840 × 4800 px
24″ × 36″5760 × 8640 px

A little under 240 is usually fine — anything from roughly 200 DPI and up will look great, especially on larger pieces that are viewed from a distance. If your file falls well below that, we’ll reach out before printing. Not sure whether your image is big enough? Send it our way and we’ll check it for you.

Can I order a custom size?

Absolutely. With our Premium Prints we can produce custom dimensions. There is a custom size option in our print designer that will allow you to enter specific dimensions. Contact us if you have any questions.
